You agree that while using the QuickVox Site, you shall not:

1. harvest or collect email addresses or other personal information relating to other users of the QuickVox Site in any way for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications or gathering information on other users of the QuickVox Site;
2. use the QuickVox Site in any unlawful manner or in a manner that may result in civil liability or that would encourage use of the QuickVox Site by you or any other user in an unlawful manner or in a manner that may result in civil liability;
3. use the QuickVox Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the QuickVox Site;
4. make, transmit, or store copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner;
5. upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, solicitations, promotional material, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation;
6. upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available on the QuickVox Site any private information of a third party, including addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses or credit card numbers;
7. use or attempt to use any other user's ID without authorisation from us or create a false identity or ID on the QuickVox Site, including but not limited to providing false information about your affiliation with any other person or entity;
8. use the Report Abuse procedure in any way which, in our reasonable opinion, constitutes misuse of the reporting procedures;
9. upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available on the QuickVox Site any User Generated Content which you know or suspect to be false, fabricated or misleading;
10. solicit any user of the QuickVox Site with respect to their User Generated Content; or
11. upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available content that, in our sole judgment, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the QuickVox Site, or which may expose us or any users of the QuickVox Site or others to any harm or liability of any type.

You may not post any User Generated Content which:

1. advertises or promotes any goods or services;
2. reveals any confidential or sensitive information;
3. contains or links to any material of an unlawful, harassing, libellous, threatening, vulgar, obscene, abusive, offensive, racist, defamatory or otherwise objectionable nature or which promotes or condones such material;
4. contains false, fabricated or misleading information;
5. impersonates any person;
6. contains any content which you did not create or do not have permission to use (including content which may be protected by copyright, trade marks, database rights or any other form of intellectual property right); or
7. contains viruses or any other components with harmful or contaminating effects on the QuickVox Site or to any equipment connected to it.
